You may enroll your new employees by submitting the enrollment form or the enrollment spreadsheet to Good Neighbor Insurance. The requested effective date for your new enrollees must be no later than 30 days after their employment dates and their signature dates.

It would be wise, in light of HIPAA regulations, for all companies and non-profits to have all new employees sign medical release forms when they join the company. In fact, it would be good for all present employees to sign it as well. Companies will not quote or will provide high quotes because they do not know the risk they face when taking on a new group.
