(2) Coverage begins 200 miles from primary residence.

(4) Primary Health Plan: A Group Health Benefit Plan, an individual health benefit plan or a governmental health plan designed to be the first payer of claims (such as Medicare) for an Insured Person prior to the responsibility of this Plan. Such plans must have coverage limits in excess of $50,000 per incident or per year to be considered a Primary Plan.
(5) Pre-existing conditions are covered if the policy is purchased within 24 hours of the last payment for the trip. The insured must be able to travel at the time of purchase, e.g. can’t be in the hospital or incapacitated at home.  The coverage for pre-ex begins outside of the zip code of your residence.  The booking for the Covered Trip must be the first and only booking for this travel period and destination.
