INTRODUCTION
Good Neighbor Insurance is partnering with Los Amigos Del Arte Popular to provide two international health insurance options for short term trips outside of the USA. Both options are available to all Los Amigos Del Arte Popular participants, members, and families
OPTION 1: GOOD NEIGHBOR INSURANCE CUSTOM OUTREACH GROUP TRAVEL MEDICAL PLAN
- Best for travelers age 40 to 79 with rates starting at $1.01 per day
- Online enrollment and Confirmation within 24 hours
- Terrorism and political evacuation for most countries included
- Option to include Extreme Sports Rider coverage
- Deductible options of $0, $100, or $250
- Option to include Trip Cancellation coverage
OPTION 2: SINGLE TRIP COVERAGE FOR TEAMS, INDIVIDUALS, AND FAMILIES
- Los Amigos Del Arte Popular is contracted for coverage with Seven Corners through Good Neighbor Insurance and underwritten by Chartis for single trip coverage outside of the USA
- Low daily rate: Only pay for the days you need coverage
- $3.19 per day per person which includes a $50,000 medical maximum with a $250 deductible.
- Coverage includes:
- Travel insurance
- Health insurance
- Emergency medical evacuation
- Return of mortal remains
- Political evacuation
- Terrorism coverage
- Accidental death and dismemberment
- Other benefits
OPTION 3: MULTI TRIP COVERAGE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES
- For Los Amigos participants taking several trips outside of the USA each year
- Up to 70 days per trip
- Unlimited trips per annual policy period
- Eligibility requires enrollment in a USA primary health care plan
- Only $50 one time deductible per person per annual policy period
- Silver and Gold options available
- Policy starts when the insured is more that 200 miles from his/her home
- Trip must originate from the USA
- Terrorism coverage included
- For age 84 and younger
- Underwritten by HM Life Insurance Company which is rated A- (excellent) by A.M. Best Company
- Coverage includes: medical, evacuation, return of mortal remains, accidental death and dismemberment, and other benefits
