SUBMIT CLAIMS WITHIN 90 DAYS

When filing for Medical Claim Benefits, please try to submit Proof of Claim within 30 days and no later than 90 days of receiving medical care. Insurance companies will deny claims that are submitted after the 90 day cut-off period. When filing for Term Life Insurance Benefits, please submit the Proof of Claim within 90 days from the date of the Insured Person’s Death. Note that you will need to submit a Death Certificate also before the beneficiary can be reimbursed.

Good Neighbor Insurance is an insurance broker. Our task is to represent you before the insurance company. We are not allowed to handle claims. However, we can bring certain matters to the attention of the insurance companies and serve as a facilitator whenever you experience difficulty with the claims department. Likewise, we also serve the insurance companies. Our job is to communicate and convey pertinent information regarding your coverage to the insurance companies in a timely and accurate manner.
