SUBMIT CLAIMS WITHIN 90 DAYS
When filing for Medical Claim Benefits, please try to submit Proof of Claim within 30 days and no later than 90 days of receiving medical care. Insurance companies will deny claims that are submitted after the 90 day cut-off period. When filing for Term Life Insurance Benefits, please submit the Proof of Claim within 90 days from the date of the Insured Person’s Death. Note that you will need to submit a Death Certificate also before the beneficiary can be reimbursed.
