(2) Terrorism Insurance Coverage begins 200 miles from primary residence.
(3) To include terrorism insurance coverage we will need to know what country and cities you will be visiting and for what length of time. We will also need to know your occupation and why you will be traveling to that/those locations.
(4) Primary Health Plan: A Group Health Benefit Plan, an individual health benefit plan or a governmental health plan designed to be the first payer of claims (such as Medicare) for an Insured Person prior to the responsibility of this Plan. Such plans must have coverage limits in excess of $50,000 per incident or per year to be considered a Primary Plan.
