What we need is a “Census” of all employees including wives and children. We need the ages of everyone, the date of employment, the nationality and the country of residence where they are working. We also need the sponsoring organization to fill in a “Request for Group Quote.” If you presently have group insurance coverage the insurance companies will ask for a “3 years claims history.” You can obtain this from your present insurer. Also they may ask for a copy of your present policy and your most recent invoice.
Once we receive the “Census” and “Request for Group Quote” we will submit them to several companies. Within 2-3 days to a week we will have three or four quotes.
Some companies, when providing a quote for small groups, ask that each employee fill in a preliminary medical questionnaire, before they provide a quote. The companies we work with will waive that requirement with the understanding that they may adjust the rates if they discover unexpected medical conditions in the official enrollment forms.
