We love to see volunteers going overseas and making a difference, and we love to see whole families wanting to contribute and raise their children with an understanding of giving back and being “Good Neighbors” to the world, whether next door, or several time zones away. So here are some volunteer opportunities for families with children. Some of these service projects are for children over a certain age. Other volunteer opportunities for families with children will take families with kids any age. What you can do is help us grow this list! If you’ve been with an organization or know of one with great programs and great opportunities for families let us know about them! We also posted some great articles below and one, The Volunteer Family, that has lots of ideas, articles, and chances to make a difference.
