Annual Multi-Trip Medical for U.S. Residents Traveling Internationally
- Must be U.S. resident with U.S. primary insurance or Medicare. Those on Medicaid, VA Benefits, Tricare or share plans are not eligible.
- Trips must originate from the U.S.
- Unlimited international trips per year, up to 70 days per trip.
- The Choice plan does not exclude pre-existing medical conditions.
- Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains.
- $250,000 Medical Maximum under age 70, $50 Deductible per trip if medical coverage used, but it is waived when using a GeoBlue provider.
- Terrorism coverage.
- Plans may not be available in some states.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption and Medical for U.S. Residents Traveling Internationally
- Three plan levels: Lite, SE, and LX.
- No minimum traveler requirement. You may apply individually or as a group, if all members are residents of the same state.
- For countries with Level 3 Travel Advisories, purchase the Travel LX plan within 20 days of purchasing airfare.
- Travel LX has Cancel/Interruption for Any Reason coverage (Up to 75% of trip cost insured), if purchased within 20 days of initial travel purchase.
- Pre-existing Condition waiver available, if purchased within 24 hours of final trip payment.
- You must cancel your trip 2 days or more before your scheduled departure date.
