Instructions
- You may apply individually, or together if related.
- Click on BUY ONLINE button, under the plan description.
- On the next page, select YES for primary health insurance.
- Enter your Zip Code, Travel (Coverage) Dates, and Subscriber Age(s), then click the QUOTE NOW button.
- You will see a number of coverage and deductible options. Use the sliding scale to select your preference. The Premium total will change accordingly.
- Click on the APPLY NOW button. The application takes about 5-10 minutes to complete.
- You will receive e-mail confirmation of coverage and can download an ID card and documents from the links included.

- Covers U.S. residents traveling 150+ miles away from home.
- Trip cancellation for pre-paid, non-refundable trip costs (if you insure a $0 trip cost, you will keep all other benefits.

- Medical Maximums of $50,000, $100,000 and $250,000 (Over 69, maximum is $100,000).
- Deductible options of $0, $100, or $250.

Instructions
- You may apply individually, or as a group.
- Click on BUY ONLINE, under the plan description.
- On the next page, enter your travel (coverage) dates.
- Enter the number of people in each age category, then click on SEE PRICES.
- Click on the Premium amount that corresponds with your coverage preference. The Deductible and Medical Maximum are per person. The Premium is the total cost.
- Enter the requested information, and click on CONTINUE.
- Click on the +PRIMARY INSURED BUTTON and enter requested information, then click INSERT. Do this for each traveler. Tip: Check that the end of coverage date has not changed.
- Once all Insureds have been entered, click on CONTINUE.
- Again, Click on CONTINUE.
- Verify information is correct, then click on CONTINUE to complete the purchase.
