These plans are for those traveling outside of their home country.
Voyager Choice or Essential
This plan is for U.S. residents traveling outside of the U.S.
- $500,000 emergency medical evacuation.
- Choice plan covers sudden recurrence of a pre-existing medical conditions to policy limit.
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment $50,000.
- Both levels cover for injuries due to terrorism.
- For coverage up to 182 days
Outreach International
This plan can be used for any person traveling outside their country of residency. Trips do not need to originate from the U.S.
- $500,000 emergency medical evacuation included
- Evacuation is limited to $25,000 for sudden and unexpected recurrence of pre-existing conditions to age 65.
- Optional Evacuation Plus Rider not needed, covers evacuation up to $25,000 for non-life threatening serious illnesses.
- May purchase up to 12 months of coverage and extend for up to 24 months of continuous coverage
Medical Evacuation and Repatriation
Stand-alone medical evacuation plan that will transport to your hospital of choice in the U.S.
Travel MedEvac
- For U.S. citizens traveling 150 miles or more away from home
- May be purchased for a single trip or as a multi-trip plan
- May purchase even after U.S. departure
- Most countries covered
Short-term Furlough or Visits to the U.S.
For non-U.S. residents maintaining their home address outside the U.S. Available for U.S. and non-U.S. citizens visting the U.S.
Patriot America Plus travel medical insurance
- Low co-pays for Urgent Care and Walk-in Clinics
- Rider for adventure sports available
- No coinsurance for treatment within the PPO network.
- Pre-existing conditions and check-ups (including immunizations) are not covered.
- Pregnant women are ineligible for this plan.
